North Carry Co is operated by Mar s Super Fried Chicken LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on northcarryco.com.

Shipping Origin

Orders are processed for shipment in the United States. We also offer international shipping where available.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–7 business days (after processing)
  • International: delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. External factors such as weather, carrier delays, customs clearance, and peak-season volume may impact transit time.

Shipping Fees (United States)

  • Orders over $20: Free shipping
  • Orders $20 or below: $3 shipping fee

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Tracking

We provide tracking for shipped orders when available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. We use tracking numbers that can be checked via 17TRACK.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
