North Carry Co is operated by Mar s Super Fried Chicken LLC. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on northcarryco.com.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within the 30-day window
  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging (when possible)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for items that are:

  • Used, damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Returned without sufficient order information

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not covered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect item received).

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@northcarryco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required if the item arrived damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions after review. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary by bank/payment provider. Please allow additional time for the refund to post.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, please contact us first. Exchange availability depends on stock.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
