Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states only.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States (all 50 states) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day. After shipment, Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package at any time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for defective items, items damaged in transit, or wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

How do I report a damaged order?

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of: the damaged item, the outer shipping box, the shipping label, and the inner packaging. Email us at support@northcarryco.com.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
