What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or size/color preference.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery atsupport@northcarryco.comwith your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
